My subscription is not recognized

Your subscription should be automatically recognized by the app upon purchase.

If you are using the app on another device, or the app has not recognized your purchase, you may have to Restore purchases:

  1. Tap on "Me"
  2. Tap on Knowin Plus "Learn more"
  3. Tap on "Restore purchases"

Be sure to log in with the same iTunes account with which you've made the purchase.
